Georgian Townhouse in Bath City Centre
This distinguished Grade Two listed Georgian townhouse is spread over 4 floors and offers a superb base for your hen do to enjoy the historic and charismatic city of Bath. Its sandstone-walled exterior is typical of the classic Bath townhouses.
Once inside, you’ll be greeted with an interior that perfectly combines the modern while maintaining a certain rustic charm. Its City Centre location puts your hen do right in the heart of the action with easy access to all of Bath's hen activities and its superb selection of both national chain and independent bars and restaurants.
Location: Near Thermae Bath Spa
The property couldn’t be better located and it’s easy to find. Those members of the group planning to arrive by coach or train will arrive a short walk away from the property, while those planning to drive will find two surface car parks nearby. This superb hen party house is a stone's throw away from the high street which has all the traditional brands you’d expect, so weekend supplies are never far away.
One major highlight is the excellent **Thermae Bath Spa** where hens can indulge themselves in luxurious surroundings, which is a very short walk from the property. We have many packages available there, so speak to one of our hen do experts to incorporate a visit to the Thermae Spa in your package.
There is also a fantastic selection of activities nearby including Cocktail Making, Themed Dance Classes, Bottomless Brunches, and Escape Rooms. Because the **River Avon** is literally next to the house, we should mention there’s a fantastic party boat cruise available to get into the spirit of your hen party.
Social Lounge & In-House Activities
The superb-sized lounge features a modular sofa easily capable of seating everyone in the group and a large 50-inch wall-mounted TV to ensure you don’t miss any of your favourite shows.
The lounge is one of the many amazing social spaces in this house. In fact, this accommodation is more than spacious enough to comfortably host many of our ‘in-house’ activities too, with our Psychic Hen nights, Cheeky Cocktail Classes, and **Murder Mystery** meals with live actors and a **Private Chef** proving very popular.
Kitchen & Dining Area
The large kitchen area won’t disappoint. The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the appliances your group could need for their short stay: American fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, and oven. The property also comes with all cutlery, crockery, and glassware for you and your group to use. The dining area has a large table that sits all guests comfortably.

There are six spacious bedrooms, set out as four twin rooms and two triple rooms. All linens and towels are provided.
