Roof Terrace with Hot Tub
Given that this is a townhouse, you aren’t probably expecting much from an “Outside” section. But the reason this house is called Skyline is because it has that rarest of all facilities – a **Roof Terrace**!
There’s a giant outdoor sofa and table up there, so you can all sit around together and enjoy the stunning Bath skyline at any time of day. Want to see the sunset illuminate the architecture? No problem.
And then, there is the cherry on top. Right there, on one side of the roof terrace, is a **Hot Tub**. That’s right – you can be relaxing in the city centre of one of the oldest cities in the UK, drink in hand, with the pleasure that only comes from a hot tub.
Lounge with Private Bar
The lounge is a classy, well-designed space, perfectly in keeping with the feel of this luxury house. Filled with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, it’s a perfect place for you and the girls to relax, chat, and play games.
There’s also a little surprise at one end of the lounge: the **Bar Area**. There is a proper, full-sized bar complete with stools so if anyone wants to mix up a margarita or shake up a screwdriver, you can do so within your own amazing bar area.
Galley Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is a compact but exceedingly well-equipped part of this house. It’s set up galley style with the ovens and hob on one side and one long worktop on the other – perfect for any kind of large-scale cooking (whether that’s being done by yourselves or whether you are hiring in a **Private Chef** to really push the luxury up another level!).
The main dining area is at one end of the lounge and contains a nice long table complete with gorgeous views to ensure you can all sit and eat. There’s also a breakfast bar in the kitchen itself.

The property has five bedrooms, all of which are beautifully set out to get the maximum amount of space. All beds can be configured as **Two Singles** or **One King Size**, depending on your preference.
