Central Bath Hen Party House (Sleeps 13)
We all know that Bath is one of the most popular hen do destinations in the world. But finding a central Bath hen house is one of the trickiest things when planning a hen do on your own. Lucky for you, we have **Heart of the City**.
This central property sleeps up to thirteen guests and is gorgeous, well located, and (crucially) is not horrendously expensive! It gives off Boutique Hotel vibes, as it is furnished with an eclectic mix of furnishings – some antique, some modern.
It is full of gorgeous Georgian features and is very spacious. It’s set across three floors of a townhouse, accessible via a beautiful wide Georgian staircase that runs all the way up through the building. You have access to the entire maisonette, so it will really feel like a home away from home for all of you.
Location: Abbey Green & Roman Baths
This is the best located central hen house that you will ever encounter. The property is in **Abbey Green**, which is the most gorgeous square that Bath has to offer. Located literally next door to the **Roman Baths** and **Bath Abbey**, and therefore a stone's throw from the most popular bars and shops, it’s an absolutely amazing place for you and the girls to be based.
In fact, most popular activities (Cocktail Making, Dance Classes, a trip to the **Thermae Bath Spa**) take place just a few minutes' walk from this house. It’s also easy staggering distance from all the popular bars, so the end of your night out won’t be impatiently waiting for a taxi, instead, it’ll just be a few minutes' walk back to your comfortable bed!
Bridgerton Style Lounge
Located on the same floor as the kitchen, the lounge is elegant and stunning – in fact, it feels a little like you are sitting in a house from *Bridgerton* when you are relaxing there.
The period fireplace gives off posh vibes, especially when paired with the giant gilt-edged mirror above it. There are comfortable sofas, and the whole room has a stunning view over Abbey Green, making it a perfect place for you to sit, relax, laugh, and enjoy a glass or two of prosecco. There is a TV and modern utilities throughout, so it’s a perfect mix of the classic and the modern.
Social Kitchen with Views
The stunning kitchen and dining area has everything you might need. The kitchen itself is compact but well equipped, ensuring that you have everything you would need for whatever you want to cook.
As for the dining area, not only is there a large dining table and comfy chairs to sit on while you eat, but the dining table itself is next to a window, so you can enjoy the views while you enjoy your food. There’s nothing nicer than eating breakfast with friends while looking out at a gorgeous Georgian square.
Flexible Sleeping for 13 Guests
The thirteen bed spaces are split between four bedrooms (which are split across two floors), making sure that everyone has the space they need.
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Two Single Beds (plus additional put-up bed).
Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): One Double Bed (plus additional put-up bed).
Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): 3 Singles (plus additional floor bed).
Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): 3 Singles.
These bedrooms are surprisingly roomy, ensuring that you and the girls will all have plenty of space for sleeping and getting ready.
Bathrooms
There are a total of three bathrooms spread around the property – one on the top floor which contains a bath, shower, sink and toilet, and then there is an en-suite shower room on one of the bedrooms on the floor below, as well as a separate cloakroom on that floor as well.
