This fabulous farmhouse accommodation is a fantastic party house situated in picturesque countryside. It is a 10-20 minute drive away from either city, giving your stag or hen do the best of both worlds: the serenity of a rural setting or hitting the dancefloor of one of the many nightclubs in Bath or Bristol.
The whole space is entirely your own and is completely private. The outside is immediately welcoming and looks cosy and inviting, and the space inside is a delightful surprise. This lodging sleeps **eighteen guests** and there is ample private parking for at least 6 cars. A lockbox entry means no waiting around for keys.

Nestled in the heart of a rural area between **Bath** and **Bristol**, this impressive hen party accommodation is easy to reach by car. The local Londis is within walking distance for you to stock up on supplies, and there are numerous walks straight out from your doorstep.
The spectacular city of **Bath** is a mere 15-minute drive away. Get your group involved in Cocktail Making, or experience the historic Thermae Bath Spa. **Bristol** is a bit further at a 25-minute car drive. It presents more shopping and a pulsating nightlife, perfect for a Bottomless Brunch to start the weekend!
Spacious Lounge with Log Burner
A big attraction of this fabulous farmhouse is the size of the lounge area. You will probably spend a lot of time in here as it lends itself to party games with a socialising atmosphere. It is done out beautifully in cream and there is plenty of seating for your party all surrounding the charming fireplace.
This accommodation has a great mix of beds sleeping 18 in total, so all your guests should be able to get a good night’s sleep. The lounge area leads onto the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Farmhouse Kitchen & Round Dining Table
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for frying up a breakfast fit for kings and queens. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need.
The spacious kitchen opens up to the garden, so you can get **Cheeky Butlers** serving you drinks and nibbles while you soak in the hot tub outside. The dining area is spacious and open with a gorgeous **Round Table** for your party to sit around. It looks perfect for a game of poker or a Murder Mystery evening.

There are five bedrooms with the following configuration:
Bedroom 1: 8 x single beds (Dorm style).
Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King size bed.
Bedroom 3: 1 x King size bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 x King size beds.
Bedroom 5: 1 x Bunk bed.
All bed linen is provided. The dark wood doorways set a handsome contrast to the stylish and airy rooms. There are mirror stations in bedroom one and bigger mirrors in the other rooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready.
Garden Oasis with Hot Tub
Take a step out of this superb Farmhouse and you will be greeted by a stunning garden, patio, and decking area surrounding the house. There is an adorable **Hammock Swing** on one side and of course the **Hot Tub** just outside the kitchen.
There is a **Bose Sound Speaker** set to a good volume that is plenty loud enough for your party to sing and dance to while starting the night off with some fizz. This lovely house lends itself to having a **Private Chef** cook you up a five-course meal while you delight in the garden.
