Booking info: The ideal New Forest Hen party House sleeping up to 22 guests in the Stargazer and the Forest Tree with 8 bedrooms and a Shepherds hut and 6 bathrooms, located near to Fordingbridge and direct access into the forest. Only a small deposit is required to secure this accommodation with the final balance being due 12 weeks before travel. A fully refundable security deposit will be required before travel. Check in: 4pm and Check out: 10am

Large Hen Party Complex (Sleeps 22)
The lovely New Forest Manor sleeps up to twenty-two guests spread over two self-contained properties plus a shepherd's hut. Both main buildings are large modern houses accessible down a private lane with ample parking for all the guests.
The garden areas for both properties are extensive and perfect for hen or stag party games and fun. Patio decks, trampolines, Hot Tubs, and barbecue areas give you so much space to plan your party activities. The bed split is distributed between the main farmhouse, the lodge, and a charming little shepherd’s hut located in the grounds to make up the total guest number. Large hen dos will love the flexibility of this amazing New Forest accommodation.
Location: Near Fordingbridge & Salisbury
Set in a quaint little village near the traditional market town of Fordingbridge, it is easily accessible by road. The forest offers endless walking and cycling opportunities via footpaths to explore what the forest has to offer. In fact, there are two lovely pubs and a cycle hire place within walking distance.
For nature lovers, you will not be disappointed; all kinds of birdlife can be seen in the New Forest, alongside grazing deer, roaming horses, and even wild pigs! **Fordingbridge** is the nearest town and is a short drive away. The bustling town of **Ringwood** is also only ten minutes away. **Salisbury**, a historical cathedral city with a rich culture and shopping scene, is about a twenty-minute drive.
Two Luxury Properties in One
Both properties have open-plan living areas with log burners taking centre stage in the lounges, complimented by TVs and sofas to seat all the guests in comfort. The rustic décor is finished to a very high standard with stripped wooden floors, country pine furnishings, and high wooden beams.
The Farmhouse (Main House): The ground floor has a gorgeous lounge area with soft cushioned sofas surrounding the wood-burning stove. A hardwood floor continues to the dining room where a gorgeous wooden table fills this area with seating for twelve. There is a well-equipped kitchen, utility, and a Games Room equipped with a pool table and Smart TV. A charming conservatory sits at the back of the house with lush views of the garden.
The Star Gazer (Lodge): This is a single-storey property where every room is accessible on the ground floor. The lounge itself has skylights and beams boldly decorating the ceiling, making the space airy and light. The dining table seats eight comfortably just to the side of the lounge area.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
Both kitchens are fully functional and have absolutely everything you need for frying up a breakfast fit for royalty. There are fridges you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need for your stay.
Coffee making facilities are available in both sets of accommodation to ensure you get your caffeine fix in the morning. In each, there is also a kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and microwave.

The Farmhouse Configuration:
Ground floor: Double with en-suite.
1st floor: Double with en-suite.
1st floor: Master (King size, can be split) with en-suite.
1st floor: 2 x Twin beds.
2nd floor: 4 x Twin beds (loft room).

1 x Double bedroom.
2 x King size beds (each able to be divided into 2 singles).

Take a step out of these superb accommodations and you will be greeted by stunning garden, patio, and BBQ decking areas. There is access to a gorgeous **Hot Tub** on *each* of the properties!
If the weather is pleasant during your stay, you will likely spend a lot of time in this fantastic outside area; whether that’s soaking up the rays, enjoying some bubbles in the sunshine, or playing games on the trampoline.
