And the great news is that these Lux Life apartments are perfectly positioned for an amazing hen do, located less than twenty minutes’ drive from the centre of Edinburgh. Close enough that you can easily get back after a night out drinking, but far enough away that you won’t be disturbed by the noise and excitement.

Apartment 1: Victorian Four Poster Bed

Split over two floors and offering stunning Victorian period features, this apartment is absolutely stunning. Let’s start with the necessities, which include a full bathroom with traditional Victorian tiles, and a stunning modern kitchen. The kitchen has all of the modern features and amenities you need for a hen do, including a coffee machine, which I think we can all agree is essential!

The grand bedroom is a stunning room, with a beautiful four poster bed (maybe the room for the hen? After all, it is her weekend) and all the luxuries you’d want from a stunning bedroom including an en-suite. There’s also a large living room, filled with comfy furniture including a sofa bed for the other members of the party to sleep on.

Apartment 2: Luxury Fireplace & Bath

Located on the ground floor, you’ll be impressed the moment you enter this apartment with a grand entrance hallway that you will remember for the rest of your life. And if the entryway is that impressive, does the rest of the apartment live up to the hype? Unequivocally, yes. This is a two bedroom apartment, and both bedrooms are impressive as well. The master bedroom includes a fireplace, huge windows that provide ample natural light and even a luxurious four poster bed. The second bedroom is no slouch either, as it’s secluded, lovely and has a large ensuite bathroom.

But bedrooms don’t make an apartment (as the saying goes), and that’s just one part of this amazing apartment. As well as the ensuite from one of the bedrooms, there’s also a stunning master bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and a kitchen area that is beautifully well-equipped. In fact, the kitchen is perfectly designed for any weekend away, with modern equipment, a large Rangemaster oven and even a breakfast island. The living room is huge as well, with lots of comfortable seats, beautiful French windows and even a sofa bed.

Apartment 3: Mezzanine & Oak Beams

Another split-level apartment, this one is beloved by anyone who stays there, as it fosters a creative and luxurious environment. It’s got a beautiful living room which provide you all the space you would need to sit, chill, drink and chat with all the girls at any time of the day or night and even has a sofa bed. The living area also backs onto the well-equipped kitchen which gives you all the mod cons you may need – whether you are cooking a full on meal or just trying to throw a quick bacon sandwich together.

There are two bedrooms in this apartment, with one double bedroom at the bottom of the split level apartment, and the other at the top – and when we say at the top, it’s located on a mezzanine level on a platform just below the grand oak beam hall roof!

Apartment 4: Penthouse Mezzanine

This apartment once again has a mezzanine bedroom at the top of the property, so you can sleep there feeling like the queen of all you survey! There is a stunning open plan living room and kitchen area with a sofa bed, al kitchen mod-cons and floor to ceiling windows, ensuring that the room is always flooded with natural light (except for at night, obviously!). There’s also a gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower, perfect for getting ready for a big night out.

Apartment 5: Open-Plan Period Style

This two bedroom apartment has everything you need (and a lot of features that are similar to the other apartments in the building). The gorgeous open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, the floor to ceiling windows, the well equipped kitchen, the amazing bathroom and the stunning period features dotted throughout are all a part of this beautiful apartment.

Apartment 6: Largest 3-Bed Suite

The largest apartment in the property, this three bedroom accommodation ensures that everyone has enough space to relax, unwind and enjoy themselves. There’s a newly fitted kitchen that includes a rangemaster oven, and once again the open plan living room is flooded with light by the floor-to-ceiling windows.
