Leith Location & City Tram Links
Located in the Leith area, a stunning up and coming suburb of Edinburgh with its own unique bars and restaurants, our Extravagance Edinburgh apartments are still only ten minutes drive from the city centre, which is vital! After all, if you are heading off on an Edinburgh Hen Do then Princess Street and the Royal Mile are both going to be on your list to visit, and it’s vital to be able to get easily to and from those destinations from your comfortable and luxury accommodation.
It’s also easy to get to no matter how you are arriving, as it’s close to the airport and easily accessible by road as well. There’s also a tram stop right outside, so getting to and from the centre of Edinburgh is as easy as it could possibly be!

There’s a King-sized bed, a sofa in the living area (along with a flat screen TV, an essential for any weekend away), and a stunning, well-equipped kitchen area that will allow you to create whatever culinary masterpiece you may need – everything from a three course meal right down to a cup of tea! There’s a modern bathroom with walk in shower and all of the mod-cons you would expect from a luxury apartment.
Apartment 2: Period Arch & Coffee Bar (Sleeps 4):
Filled with period touches, this ground floor apartment consists of a bedroom, an open plan living area and kitchen and a modern bathroom (equipped with a walk in shower). The bedroom has a stunning king sized bed, as well as all the essentials you’d need. The living area contains a sofa bed, as well as additional chairs, a TV and all the mod-cons you need. There are two bedrooms in the apartment as well, as well as a kitchen with everything you’d ever need and a bathroom that combines a walk-in shower with all of the other premium features you’d expect to see.

Another split-level apartment, this apartment is stunning, with light streaming in through the period windows.
