This charismatic city centre townhouse is spread over 3 floors, which you would expect with a traditional style townhouse. Inside this hen party house, you’ll be greeted by a stylish, trendy, and modern interior which has been modelled and designed with smaller groups of 8 in mind.

This hen party house has a rare selling point that makes it popular with our groups: it comes with Free Parking for one car. This is perfect because you don’t have to worry about finding a space in Brighton city centre. If you are taking more than one car there are a couple of car parks nearby and paid street parking is available.
The house itself is in the perfect location for those groups who want to take advantage of Brighton’s vibrant lifestyle. Shopping and lunching during the day and partying hard after dark, with plenty of hen do activities in between.
The property is very close to the beach and Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, where all its eateries, bars, and amusements are worth exploring. After dark, you’ll find yourselves within walking distance of an array of chain and independent restaurants and bars offering every style of cuisine.
Shopping opportunities in Brighton shouldn’t be overlooked. For something a little more bohemian, we highly recommend planning a visit to the famous Lanes Market, where you’re sure to pick up an unexpected bargain or two within its mazy cobbled streets.
Social Living & Dining
The colourful lounge area has two sofas and a smart TV. The dining area has a table with enough seating for everyone in the group which makes eating together or playing any games you have planned much easier.
The good-sized kitchen leads out to the patio area. The kitchen area itself is bright with lots of natural light thanks to the conservatory-style roof. It has all the amenities that a group seeking a short-term hen party house rental could possibly want, with good quality appliances and all cutlery, crockery, and glassware provided.
Bedrooms & Dressing Area
All linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 (two singles or a double).
Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom sleeping four (two singles and a bunk).
Bedroom 3: Located on the top floor, sleeping 2 people in Zip link beds. It also has a fantastic Dressing Area with mirrors to help you get ready for any big night out.
Roof Terrace & Outdoor Space
Outside space includes a Patio Area and a Roof Terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink in the fresh air.
Bathrooms
There are toilet facilities on the first floor for convenience so you’re not having to run upstairs. The main bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath as well as a shower attachment.
