Luxury 3-Story Party House in Chester
This property simply oozes class. There is so much space within this gorgeous house for your stag or hen do to relax, socialise, and party. The Rose was originally built as three spacious apartments, but the owners have converted the property to create the supreme Chester party house spread over three floors. It comes with the added benefit of a veranda and balcony.
It is very central to all the action that the city of Chester offers, with everything well within walking distance (unless, of course, you’re planning to do some activities that are impractical to do in the city centre like quad biking or clay pigeon shooting!). It’s stylish and well-designed throughout with the most fabulous hot tub area and comes with all the mod cons your group could need for your weekend away.
Location: Near Racecourse & Cathedral
The Rose party house acts as a great headquarters to base yourself in order to discover the stunning walled cathedral city of Chester. It is known for its architecture and archaeological treasures preserved from Roman times. It houses the racecourse known for **Chester Races**; the oldest functioning racecourse in the world. It is also home to Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium plus many other amazing activities that will keep your celebration entertained for the weekend.
Everything is within walking distance, including the **Grosvenor Shopping Centre** for all your shopping or eating requirements. There is the River Dee just a stone’s throw from your accommodation where you can hire a boat to journey along the river.
There’s so much to do and explore, and that’s before you even make a start on the hen do or stag weekend activities that are available to you. Two Kitchens & Cathedral Views
There are two kitchens in this beautiful Party House, both set with marble worktop stations which look pristine with the backdrop of green plants dotted along the top of the cupboards.
The larger kitchen on the third floor (the ‘penthouse’) is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked with soft drinks or bubbles and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need for your stay. This kitchen opens up perfectly to the dining area which makes it a great opportunity to hire a **Private Chef** to cook you up a treat and **Cheeky Butlers** to serve and keep you topped up!
The 2nd-floor kitchen is also fully functional and has a huge window in the centre of the outside wall which gives a magnificent view of **Chester Cathedral**.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements
There are multiple bedrooms and restrooms on each floor of this party palace! Each bedroom continues the steel blue and white décor, and the uncomplicated art and trendy pictures on the wall really give them a sense of class and glamour.
