Secluded Party House with Pool (Sleeps 24)
A Party House so secluded the Google Streetview car clearly wasn’t sure if it could go down the long narrow road leading to it! The Chateau is a stunning converted farmhouse, spacious and set up specifically with large groups in mind.
Stag and hen dos will appreciate the clever use of space and the additional chic facilities that really make this the perfect party house. Whether you’re planning to go out and explore the great outdoors or want to spend the majority of your weekend enjoying each other’s company within the grounds, this rural retreat is perfect for your group.
Location: Near Bath, Bristol & The Cotswolds
The Chateau is a supreme example of a Party House. Despite its countryside location, it gives your group easy access to the cities of **Bath** and **Bristol**, which are both popular destinations in their own right and perfect if you’re planning on enjoying some nightlife.
You’re also close to the Southwest part of the **Cotswolds**, which is great news as it gives you easy access to one of the most picturesque parts of the UK. Being out in the Cotswolds gives you access to outdoor activities like High Ropes Courses and Horse Riding.
Combine this with the Chateau's proximity to the City of Bath, and you have a great selection of city-based activities like Bottomless Brunches, Escape Rooms, and Cocktail Making Masterclasses. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can enjoy some Quad Biking, Go Karting, or Clay Pigeon Shooting nearby.
Heated Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Once you park up (there is space for up to 10 cars!), you’ll instantly know you made the right decision. Around the back of the Chateau, you’ll find a well-kept and spacious garden area with a large patio and plenty of garden furniture for those sunny days.
The **Heated Swimming Pool** and top-of-the-range **Hot Tub** are always popular features for groups. For those cooler evenings, you’ll find a good-sized **Firepit** to keep the party going into the later hours (remember to grab some firewood on the way!). There are also BBQ facilities for you to use during your stay.
Social Lounge with Jukebox & Pool Table
The lounge area has an open feature fireplace and Smart TV, meaning movie nights are on the agenda if you fancy a quiet night in. The comfy sofas and chairs ensure that you can all chill out and relax during any downtime.
There’s even a **Jukebox** and **Pool Table** if you want to listen to some music and have a few frames of Pool—a great addition for both stag and hen dos to make use of at the Chateau.
Farmhouse Kitchen & Dining
With a countryside farmhouse, you’d expect a countryside kitchen area and that is exactly what you find here. The long spacious kitchen comes with all the white goods and conveniences you will need, including a large American-style fridge freezer. The breakfast bar and serving hatch mean whoever is the designated chef isn’t left alone and can still be involved in the party.
The large dining table ensures everyone can sit together to play games and eat together at mealtimes.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms within the Chateau Party House. There is bedroom furniture in which to store your belongings and top-quality bed linens and towels are provided.

The Chateau also has a handy **four bathrooms**, which ensure queuing will be kept to a minimum when it comes to getting ready for a big night out.
