Mock Tudor Party House in City Centre
From the moment you arrive at The Big House Chester you’ll be met by a charismatic hen party accommodation spread over four floors in the classic mock Renaissance style. With its black timber frame and whitewashed exterior walls, its staggered layered floor configuration is typical of Shakespearean style accommodation. It will no doubt leave a fantastic impression for your Chester hen do.
On arrival, the owner will meet you with the keys and provide you with some other useful information about this amazing property and the local area.
Location: Near Roman Walls & Nightlife
You simply won’t find better located luxury hen party houses so close to the city centre. With a Waitrose literally a stone's throw away from the house, supplies aren’t going to be a problem, so you’ll never be far from a top-up of drinks and snacks. The city centre is less than half a mile away, meaning all the restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are practically on your doorstep.
Even closer lie the spectacular **Chester Walls**, the famous Roman Amphitheatre, and Chester Roman Gardens which are a must-see. We also recommend a visit to the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, which is home to 50 top brands if your group fancies a touch of retail therapy.
It’s very easy to get to; the Train Station is only one road away. For those driving, there is limited off-road parking available behind the property and an NCP less than half a mile away.
Open Plan Social Living
Inside this amazing party house, you’ll find a modern interior with a warm colour scheme that complements the exterior. The Ground Floor has been designed with socialising in mind. Its open plan living area design makes this the perfect space for any of our in-house activities. You can enjoy anything from pamper treatments, private chefs, cheeky butlers, and Murder Mystery evenings, or just simply enjoy each other’s company, relaxing with a glass of bubbles.
Kitchen & Dining for Large Groups
The large Kitchen is fully kitted out with all the conveniences you’d expect, with a large double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and the all-important kettle. The kitchen area opens up to the bar and dining area with plenty of seating to relax and chat with whoever is in charge of the cooking!
The Dining area seats 22 with extra seating from around the house. This is fantastic for keeping everyone together and is perfect if you are having one of our **Private Chefs** in to cook you up a scrummy meal.
Spa Room: Two Hot Tubs!
Last but not least, the undoubted star of the show is the **Spa Room**, where two spacious hot tubs, both heated to perfection, await you and your group to help you unwind and relax before the night begins.
Flexible Sleeping for 30 Guests
The Master Bedroom is stunning, with a king-size four-poster bed taking centre stage. It’s the perfect bedroom for the bride-to-be and the maid of honour to share. The dressing area gives you that celebrity feeling with large, illuminated mirrors and an ample make-up station space.
The other bedrooms spread across the 4 floors give your hens ample space so you’ll never feel cramped. The typical bedroom configuration breaks down like this:

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds & 3 Bunk Beds (Sleeps 8)
Bedroom 3, 4 & 5: Each has 2 Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4 per room)

There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which makes up the spaces to a generous 30.
