River Hall is a stunning hen do party house located about 20 minutes outside of Ipswich town centre. This accommodation can sleep up to 20 guests in spacious and comfortable bedrooms (including 4 trundle beds). Rural Location Near Ipswich & Newmarket
Getting to River Hall is easy using a sat nav or a traditional map and on arrival, you’ll find plenty of space for parking. Just because the location of the River Hall would be best described as rural, you certainly won’t be short of things to do, see and explore on your weekend away.
For those wanting some vibrant nightlife or access to town centre activities, The River Hall is only 7 miles south of **Ipswich** so the bright lights of a major town are not far away. Ipswich plays host to a number of hen do activities such as challenging Escape Rooms or perhaps a serene and relaxing Summer Cruise down the River Orwell. The town also has the superb Boom Battle Bar which is well worth a visit.
Racegoers will no doubt appreciate this accommodation as it gives you easy access to **Newmarket Racecourse**, another hen favourite. Ipswich really does have it all. Other worthy mentions in the area include a host of water sports, High Ropes Courses and there’s even a Dry Ski Slope if you fancy having a go at skiing!
If exploring is on the itinerary, look no further than Ipswich waterfront with its range of bars and restaurants which offers beautiful views over the marina. For those wishing to laze around on the beach, **Felixstowe** is a short drive away.
Garden Oasis: Hot Tub & Sauna
It makes sense to start with the outside area. One of the highlights for most groups will be the large **Hot Tub**, which is available and heated all year round. There’s also a **Sauna** which is a really lovely addition.
The grounds themselves are well looked after and there is plenty of outdoor furniture including pub-style benches, tables, and loungers. The garden is large enough for any lawn games you want to play or simply lounge around enjoying the weather on the lush greenery. There are also barbecue facilities for you to use if you fancy getting some grilling on the go for some alfresco fare.
Two Lounges with Open Fires
There are **two lounges** each with sizeable sofas and chairs. Each reception area has a feature open fireplace which is perfect for those cooler evenings, and a large smart TV is also available for movie nights.
Downstairs you’ll also find a utility room with an extra fridge freezer for those essential supplies as well as a convenient toilet to save you rushing upstairs.
Farmhouse Kitchen & Social Dining
The large open plan Kitchen and Diner area is a great social space for your group. The large dining table is capable of seating 16 members plus extra seating for up to 20 of your party so mealtimes can still be enjoyed together.
This is the perfect space for one of our amazing ‘in-house’ activities, such as a **Private Chef**, Murder Mystery evening, or the hilarious Comedy Roast. The kitchen area includes all the equipment, utensils, cutlery and glassware you would need. The stylish **Aga-style cooker** makes for a nice centrepiece to the Kitchen area.
6 Spacious Bedrooms (4 En-Suite)
All bed linen and towels are provided, and each bedroom is decorated in a modern neutral colour scheme.
Ground Floor: Spacious master bedroom with en-suite facilities (shower, toilet, sink). The bedroom also has a couch which doubles up as a pull-out bed.
First Floor: 5 bedrooms. All are spacious and offer furniture to store your belongings. Three of these bedrooms are also en-suite, which is a nice touch, so your group won’t be scrapping to use the loo!
