This is a stunning stag and hen party cottage complete with a hot tub. Huge windows give you a panoramic view over nearby lakes and the rolling Somerset hills beyond. The open plan design and modern decor really will make your group feel special. The stag or hen in particular will feel like the best man/maid of honour has gone far beyond what’s expected from a party.
This striking property has many features that make it one of our bestsellers. If you’re a larger group and want a rural cottage with a hot tub, look no further. This superb party house, set within expansive, well-manicured grounds, is the perfect getaway for groups up to 20 guests.
Top Tip: Smaller groups can enjoy the **Retreat 12**, which is within the same grounds. Bigger groups of up to 32 guests can take over both properties to make one big party accommodation complex.
Location: 8 Miles from Bristol
The amazing thing about choosing a rural party house is that it’s exactly that—rural. A countryside property where you can relax and get away from a bustling city or busy town and focus on your celebrations.
However, if you do fancy a night out, then the bright lights of **Bristol** are only 8 miles away. If you fancy some retail therapy, a meal out, or want to enjoy some of Bristol’s amazing nightlife, it’s not too far away. The property is easy to find and there is plenty of parking on site.

The **Games Room** has a private bar area and a full-sized **Pool Table** for your group to enjoy, making this a great social space to play pool and chill out before the night begins.
Garden with Hot Tub & Fire Pit
Outside there is a fantastic enclosed garden which is where one of the very popular features of this cottage is situated: the excellent **Hot Tub**.
BBQ facilities are also available for your group to enjoy during those hot summer months. As the sun goes down, there is also a **Fire Pit** available to keep the evening going longer. The extensive and well-manicured grounds are a fantastic place to lounge around in the sunshine.
Rustic Lounge with Open Fire
The lounge area is decorated in a warm and homely style. High ceilings and an exposed brick feature **Open Fire** make this room ideal to relax with friends on the sofas and chairs. A wall-mounted TV is also available should you wish to catch up on the latest episode of your favourite show.
Chef's Kitchen with Wine Cooler
The kitchen area is well equipped for larger groups, with excellent quality appliances throughout. Modern double ovens ensure everyone can eat at the same time and a kitchen island is a great place to put nibbles out.
The kitchen area has floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular views over the countryside and would be a wonderful place to enjoy your early morning cup of coffee or a sunset nightcap. There is an American style fridge freezer with a **Wine Cooler** to store any provisions you decide to bring with you.

There are 4 good-sized bedrooms in the property with the majority of beds being single beds to ensure you are all comfortable throughout your stay.

Some examples include a **Private Chef** to arrive and prepare you a delicious 2 or 3-course meal, **Murder Mystery** with live actors, Mobile Cocktail Masterclass, or Mobile Pamper treatments. If you prefer something a bit more ‘crafty', try Perfume Making or Flower Crown workshops.
