The Pastel Hen House is definitely worth considering if your group has up to 22 guests! This gorgeous townhouse has five levels that include a roof terrace, which is the perfect spot in which to enjoy your early morning coffee or perhaps a nightcap. Being centrally located in the heart of Brighton City Centre makes this absolute gem of a property a superb option.
The Lower Ground floor houses the most amazing little **Selfie Studio**, and the ground floor opens with the kitchen and dining room area. The first floor is a mezzanine level and includes the living quarters; a bright and elegant room with three corner sofas which open up into three double beds.
Location: Central Brighton
Nestled in the beautiful seaside resort of Brighton, this stunning hen party accommodation is easy to reach by car and on arrival you will feel the excitement of being so central to the shops and restaurants the area has to offer. Brighton is fantastic for shopping and eating, bars and other activities. The beach and the pier are also a stone’s throw from your accommodation and no visit is complete without going for fish and chips.
Social Kitchen & Vintage Bar
This superb space has everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for breakfast. There is a huge fridge freezer and under-counter fridge (found in the Utility room) you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay.
“This kitchen is for dancing” reads the art on the wall – and you better do as you’re told! The kitchen unfolds to the dining area with a big, long dining table which is great for party games. To really keep the party going, this townhouse boasts a **Vintage Style Bar**! There are bar stools to help pour the drinks and a comfy sofa set in the corner setting the scene for a serene area to chat and relax. With up to twenty guests, there is sure to be a bartender with flair in the making to mix and stir up the cocktails for everyone!
Bedrooms & Blow Dry Bars
There are four bedrooms that have the following typical configuration:
1 x double bed
2 x double beds
4 x double beds
1 x double bed
(Please note that bedroom configurations change on occasion).
All bed linen is provided. There are also three double sofa beds in the living room to make up the numbers. There are plenty of mirrors throughout and includes **two blow dry bars** to ensure you are looking exactly how you want to for your big nights out. The bathrooms include a beautiful standalone bath which begs to be filled with bubbles to really indulge in relaxation.
Selfie Studio & Karaoke System
There are so many extra little nuggets of fun sewn into this superb townhouse that it’s hard to pick a favourite. The **Selfie Shack** on the lower ground floor is so unique and is the perfect set-up to catch some hilarious moments. With a shiny gold backdrop, ring light and tripod – make sure everyone catches some memories here.
The cocktail bar in the dining area along with a **Karaoke System** promise fun-packed evenings filled with laughter. Who doesn’t love a bit of karaoke?
Roof Terrace with Sea Views
Lastly - the terrace on the top floor gives charming views of the city’s lights and action on one side, and on the other side is a view of the ocean. The modern outdoor furniture will ensure you can comfortably sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening tea. Listen to the chirping song of the birds if you are one of the first to rise or hear the fading buzz of the town as it settles to sleep.
