Excellently presented and equipped to a high spec, The King & Queen is perfect for smaller groups who want a city centre location close to bars, clubs, shops, and activities. The quiet cul-de-sac location gives your group the best of both worlds: being in the city centre and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle.

Location: Within the Roman Walls

The King & Queen accommodation is situated within Chester’s famous **City Walls**, very close to the entrance to the Roman Amphitheatre and a short walk from the beautiful Roman Gardens (which is always worth a visit).

Those with a taste for retail therapy will be pleased to hear that the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, home to 50 national brands, is right around the corner. The high street comes with all the traditional shops you’d expect to find as well as a supermarket in case you need to stock up on weekend supplies.

Being in a city centre location, it probably comes as no surprise that there’s no shortage of bars, clubs, and restaurants within easy reach, so you won’t have very far to walk to enjoy Chester’s vibrant nightlife. Getting to the house is very easy too; if you’re planning to catch the train, the station is very close to the property. For those planning to drive, there are a number of surface car parks nearby as well as an NCP.

Cosy Living Room with Wood Burner

The spacious living area features a large corner sofa and TV. A **Wood Burner** makes for a nice touch and sits nicely within the property’s aesthetic. A sofa bed is in here too, to make up the 9th bed, so definitely put the early riser in here!

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The fully decked kitchen includes all the white goods and fixtures and fittings you’d expect with high-quality accommodation. It features a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, and microwave, along with all cutlery, mugs, and glassware.

Flexible Sleeping for 9 Guests

The 3 bedrooms are spread over the first and second floor. The configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double or two twins (can be changed on request).
Bedroom 2: Triple (3 single beds).
Bedroom 3: Twin (2 single beds).
The double sofa bed in the lounge completes the sleeping arrangements.

Each guest will be supplied a towel and toiletries.

Spacious Bathroom

This large bathroom is perfect for stag and hen dos. With a full-sized bath and a separate feature shower, there’s less waiting around for people to get ready for their big day/night out.
