This delightful cottage sleeps up to 18 guests over four spacious bedrooms and has the luxury of 3 bathrooms. As you can probably guess by the name, it’s very close to the famous **Cotswolds** and also comes with a state-of-the-art **Hot Tub**, which is the ultimate accommodation accessory!
When you pull into the driveway, you’ll notice the cottage and its surroundings definitely deliver the wow factor. The exterior is exactly what springs to mind when you think of the term ‘Country Cottage’, and the inside won’t disappoint either.
Location: Near Bath & Bristol (Pub Opposite!)
Being so close to The Cotswolds, your itinerary may well include a day out exploring the charming countryside and the bustling market towns. However, for those who still want to see the big bright lights of the city, both **Bath** and **Bristol** are approximately 13 miles away.
Both Bath and Bristol are fantastic destinations. For the 24-hour party people, Bristol will be the preferred destination with its fantastic selection of bars, pubs, and nightclubs, whilst Bath has a more relaxed vibe.
In terms of eateries, there is even a **Pub Opposite** the cottage that serves up a great selection of food and drink, so you really don’t have to go far for a bite to eat!
Close to the cottage are two of the area's famous landmarks: the **Badminton Estate** (famous for horse trials and filming locations) and the fabulous **Westonbirt Arboretum**, a great place to enjoy a stroll in vast grounds.
Hot Tub Garden & BBQ
Outside is where you’ll find the amazing **Hot Tub**, the perfect accompaniment to any weekend. You can spend some relaxing time at any time of the day and let the bubbles wash away any cobwebs left from the night before.
The garden area is also spacious enough to enjoy a barbecue using the facilities on site and there is plenty of garden furniture for you to laze around on. If you have some activities planned, the outside might just be the perfect place to enjoy them—our legendary dance classes are a must for hen parties!

The property has a large open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped so whether you are getting one of our **Private Chefs** in or you’re truly self-catering, you can be sure that you’ll have all the utensils and kitchenware to hand. There is also a kitchen bar area so the group can keep the chef company.
The dining area is the perfect place for a games night, be that a Poker session for the chaps or a **Murder Mystery** night.
Lounge with 65" TV
The Lounge area is decorated in a chic traditional style and comes with a **65-inch wall-mounted Smart TV** for your group to use. There are also two sofas, which are perfect for lounging around on, and there’s plenty of floor space if you all want to chill out of an evening for a movie night.
Flexible Sleeping for 18 Guests
There are four spacious bedrooms in the cottage, each with a modern yet traditional vibe evidenced by the high ceilings and wooden beams. A typical bed configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): 1 x Double, 2 x Singles
