Refurbished Party Apartment in Kemptown
Spacious Hen do apartment in a purpose-built block on the second floor and recently refurbished to a high standard. Once you arrive and walk into the apartment your group will be welcomed to a modern decorated property that’s spread over one floor.
This stag and hen do apartment is situated in the heart of Brighton city centre in the **Kemptown** area. Kemptown is a fashionable area of Brighton partly due to its fantastic location and that everything the city can offer is within easy reach.

Therefore it probably comes as no surprise to read that there are an abundance of both independent and nationwide chains of bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes all only a few minutes’ walk away. In fact, they’re spread all over the city meaning your group has scope to really explore the many styles of eateries on offer as well as finding a bar which ticks all the boxes after dark.
The famous **Brighton Palace Pier** is only a short distance away and is definitely worth a visit, with its array of eateries, bars, and amusements.
The property is easy to find and there are multiple multi-story car parks and surface car parks nearby and there’s also paid on-street parking available.
Open Plan Living & Dining
In the lounge you’ll find a comfortable sofa and by using a couple of seats from the kitchen, you’ll soon be relaxing in this bright and airy social space. There’s also a large 50-inch Smart TV if you want to catch up with any of your series. The corner sofa also folds out to be a large comfortable double bed.
The large dining table with seats for everyone in the group acts as a great social space for playing games or eating together. The space gives you an opportunity to enhance your weekend with one of our **Private Chefs** who’ll come to the apartment and prepare a delicious 2 or 3-course meal. Hen parties may also want to book one of our Cheeky Butlers to play waiter and bring your food to you!
Kitchen & Bathrooms
The open plan kitchen comes with all the white goods and appliances a stag or hen party would need. Including washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and glasses are available for you and your guests.
The property has 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite adjoining bedroom 1 with a full-sized bath and separate shower, and the main ‘family’ bathroom has a full-sized bath and over-bath shower. Both bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling and decorated in aesthetic monochrome colours.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements
This fantastic apartment has two spacious bedrooms configured as follows. All beds are good quality and linen and towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: One large double bed that can be converted to two singles and a comfy chair bed. This master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double and single bunk.
