Detached Party House with South-Facing Garden
Bristol Hill is one of our most popular hen party houses in the south for all those summer hen weekends looking for some sun. This cottage-like property boasts a spacious airy interior as well as a south-facing garden so you will never lose that evening sunshine!
The space offered inside and outside of this accommodation gives you endless options when it comes to things to do. The property gives you a fantastic social space where you can host some of our amazing in-house activities during your stay. From garden parties with a BBQ and games hosted by a **Cheeky Butler** to a **Private Chef** and mobile therapists in the lounge, the sky is the limit. Things get even better as this supreme cottage has the added bonus of an optional **Hot Tub**, a superb addition to any hen weekend.
Location: Between Bristol & Bath
This detached party house gives a quiet and rural vibe even though it is only a 20-minute drive from the city centre of bubbly **Bristol**. **Bath** is also a close neighbouring town (30-minute drive) for this property so you can have the best of both worlds with this perfectly situated hen house.
The house is located just outside bustling Bristol and has ample free parking for up to 8 cars! Although it isn’t a central property there are more than enough pubs and shops within walking distance if you did want to get out for fresh air and a wander.
Being a short distance away from both Bath and Bristol gives your group a distinct advantage. Not only can this house host our whole range of mobile activities like **Mobile Cocktail Making** and **Murder Mystery** nights, but both city centres offer a superb range of activities. If you did want to get out of the house, we have an amazing adrenaline-fuelled activity site down the road from the property that offers all kinds of things, like Quad Biking, Rage Buggies, Clay Shooting, and Axe Throwing!
Open Plan Living & Fireplace
The large open-planned lounge in Bristol Hill has more than enough sofas to seat the whole group. The long cosy couches are perfect for chilling out or sitting round in a perfect circle for those all-dreaded drinking games! A game of Twister or Mr & Mrs wouldn’t go amiss.
The open **Fireplace** and flat-screen TV also give an element of warmth to the property so even in the winter months this house can be enjoyed regardless.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Bristol Hill's modern but sleek kitchen and dining area is the best place for hosting. With a bar-like worktop, you have loads of space to fill with food, booze, or games. The long line table and chairs are ideal for a morning fry-up session and the whole kitchen diner is an even better set up for a **Private Chef** to do all the hard work for you!
Off the back of the kitchen is a small utility room which can come in very handy to hang up costumes and towels for the outdoor **Hot Tub** if you take advantage of our fabulous upgrade.
6 Spacious Bedrooms
All 6 bedrooms are made up of a mixture of double beds and twins so everyone can sleep comfortably. The subtle colours and designs make each room feel homely in their own kind of way, with more than enough storage units for guests to make use of too.
Bathrooms
The lightly furnished and tiled family-sized bathrooms are perfect. With one en-suite and a downstairs toilet too, you won’t need to worry about holding your bladder! Both bathrooms also have the use of bath and showers so take your pick and enjoy both throughout your stay.
